About Lifeline
Hi, I’m Caitlin - a registered nurse and healthcare advocate. After years of working 12-hour shifts, I saw firsthand how overwhelming and confusing the healthcare system can feel for patients and their families. I also experienced the burnout that so many of us in healthcare carry, and I knew I needed a way to continue caring for others in a more sustainable, impactful way.
That’s how Lifeline was created. This is more than a service - it’s a partnership. I walk alongside patients and families to bring clarity, coordination, and compassion back into their healthcare journey. Whether it’s reviewing medical paperwork, preparing questions for a doctor’s visit, attending a care meeting, or helping you evaluate options for treatment or long-term care - you don’t have to figure it out alone.
At Lifeline, my mission is simple:
-
Clarity → breaking down medical language into plain English.
-
Coordination → helping patients and families connect the dots across providers, appointments, and treatment plans.
-
Compassion → providing advocacy that truly listens and supports, so you feel confident and cared for.
Every patient deserves to feel supported, every family deserves peace of mind, and every healthcare journey should feel less like a maze and more like a path forward.
I hope Lifeline becomes your trusted resource - whether you’re scheduling your first consultation, seeking guidance for a loved one, or simply looking for reassurance that someone is on your side.
Because no one should have to navigate healthcare alone. 💗
