At Lifeline, my goal is to give patients and families the clarity and support they need to move forward with confidence. Whether you’re facing a new diagnosis, juggling multiple providers, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I’m here to help.


How I Can Support You

  • Guidance during medical appointments, including translating complex information into plain language

  • Assistance with medical records, transfers, and coordinating between providers

  • Support for dementia and elder care planning, including facility tours and care comparisons

  • Support and assistance with the appeal process, and navigating insurance hurdles

  • Drop-in visits with summary updates on loved ones you are unable to check on due to distance (or other reasons)

  • Drop-in visits with medication reminders for those who just need a little nudge

  • Advocacy for families making hospice or end-of-life decisions

  • General navigation and peace of mind for anyone feeling lost in the healthcare system
